摘　　要：毕业生就业市场的建立,是市场经济发展的必然要求,是就业制度改革的目标和任务。就业市场建设质量与学校就业工作状况有着直接的联系。学校应加强毕业生就业市场建设,促进毕业生高质量充分就业。It is an essential request for developing the market economy and the target of employment system reform to build the employment market for graduates. The quality of employment market is in direct contact with employment work of calleges and universities. The construction of employment market of graduates should be strengthened in order to promote graduates to achieve employment fully with high quality.
