摘 要:在铸造模拟中,目前流动前沿的难题处理上,用得较多的有两种方法:VOF法和守恒标量法。笔者针对守恒标量法的某些缺点,在遵守物理守恒定律的前提下,对其进行简化。在此基础上,用VC++语言进行编程,将计算后的实例与实际的试验对比验证,结果表明:对守恒标量法所作的简化基本可行,与原来的守恒标量法比较,简化后的编程简单,计算时间缩短。There is two methods used most in the casting process simulation to determine the flowing front at present: the VOF method and the conservation scalar quantity method. In order to get rid of some existing shortcomings of the conservation scalar quantity method, it was simplified under the precondition that the law of the physical conservation was being observed. And, on this basis, the VC++ language was used to program the computer. The computerized example was compared with the practical test, and the result showed that the simplification made to the conservation scalar quantity method is feasible on the whole, and compared with the original conservation scalar quantity method, the simplified method has the advantages that programming is more simple, and calculation time can be shortened.
