摘 要:提出了具有共性和普遍意义的复杂产品CAE性能仿真的能量等效替换、定性力学、主要矛盾和反馈建模原则,基于这些原则对中空挤压铝型材高速动车组、不锈钢点焊结构的城市轻轨动车组、中空挤压铝型材/蜂窝夹层板混合结构的常导磁浮动车组车体进行了CAE性能仿真.性能仿真结果与物理样机测试结果的基本一致,证明了本文建模原则的有效性.In this paper, energy equivalent exchange principle, qualitative mechanic principle, keeping main contradiction principle, and feedback principle are established to solve key issue in performance simulation. Based on these principles, three FEA models of the newest and most complex products among all railway vehicle factories in China are esfablished for high-speed train with 210 km/h constructed with hollow-shape aluminum beams, stainless steel city-car with spotwelding technolgy, and mid-/low-speed EMS MagLev trainset constructed with hollow-shape aluminum beams and composite cellular layers structures material . Comparing the results between the finite element analysis results and the measured results of corresponding physical prototypes, it is clear that the above modeling principles are very useful and practical.
