摘　　要：本文从公共劳务、儒家教育两个方面探析了敦煌净土寺对归义军政权承担的世俗义务。概言之,敦煌净土寺并非如我们通常所想像中的那种方外之地,它参与世俗政权的方方面面的活动,与归义军政权的大小官员过从甚密,以其特殊的方式服务于世俗政权。The Pure-land Monastery is under the control of the government of Guiyijun (The return to allegiance army), and gets on with it in many aspects. The author analyses the social obligations that the pure-land monastery shoulders to the government of Guiyijun including burden of finance, religious diplomacy, public service, and the Chinese traditional education of Confucianism. It is not isolated from the society, but participates in much public business of the government. It is closed with the official at all level and serves the government in special ways.
