单用卡马西平治疗部分型癫痫的首次血药浓度监测

摘　　要：目的检测部分型癫痫患者的卡马西平血药浓度,为临床治疗提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定126例部分型癫痫患者卡马西平血药浓度,并根据疗效调整用药方案。结果对部分型癫痫单用卡马西平有效率72.2%。结论血药浓度监测有利于提高治疗癫痫的安全性、有效性和合理性,减少毒副作用和治疗费用。Objective To test the carbamazepine concentration in patients with partial seizure epilepsy and offer gists for clinical therapy . Methods 126 cases of carbamazepine concentration in patients with partial seizure epilepsy were examined using high efficiency liquid chromatography method and adjust blood drug concentration according to curative effect. Results The effective rate of using carbamazepine in partial seizure epilepsy alone is 72.2%. Conclusion Blood drug concentration monitoring is advantage of improving safety, availability and rationality of cure to epilepsy , And it can reduce side effect and expenditure.
