肺癌患者PGE_2的测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者PGE2的临床意义。方法以2002年我科肺癌患者18例作为研究对象,以同期房缺、室缺行体循术病人18例作为对照组,分别测定各组术前、术后7d血浆PGE2值。结果肺癌组术前PGE2的含量(74.81±7.63pg/ml)明显高于对照组(40.84±5.65pg/ml)(P<0.01),肺癌组肿块经手术切除后,PGE2的水平明显下降,与术后7d比(P<0.01)。结论血浆PGE2的升高与瘤体的存在有关。PGE2的测定科可用于肺癌患者术前评估和预后判断。Objective To investigate the chnical significance of plasma PGE2 in patients with lung cancer. Methods 18 cases of lung cancer underwent operation in 2002 in our department were studied. In control group 18 cases with atrial septal defect or ventrieul septal defect were studied. To measure the plasma PGE,. at one day before operation and 7days after operation in each group. Results The concentration of plasma PGE2 in the group of lung cancer patients were obviously higher than that of control group（74.81±7.63pg/ ml,40.84±5.65pg/ml） （P〈0.01）. 7 days after operation the level of plasma PGE2 were obviously decreased than before operation. Conclusion There is a high correlation between PGE2. and the lung cancer. The measurement of plasma PGE2. is benefit to diagnose and to value therapeutic effects of hlng cancer.
