E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin的表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中E-cadhuerin、α-catenin、γ-catenin的表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用EnVision法分别检测早期、进展期各60例胃癌组织中E-cadherin和α-catenin、γ-catenin的表达情况,并比较3者在具有不同临床病理特征的胃癌间的表达差异。结果早期胃癌E-cadherin、α-catenin和γ-catenin阳性率分别为68.3%、45.0%和40.0%,在不同组织学类型、不同分化程度、有无淋巴结转移间三者的表达均存在显著性差异(P<0.05～0.001),但与浸润深度无关(P>0.05～0.50)。进展期胃癌三者的阳性率分别为57.1%、60.9%和55.7%,在不同组织学类型、不同分化程度和有无淋巴结转移之间3者的表达也存在显著性差异(P<0.05～0.001),但在有无腹膜播散及是否远处转移之间无显著关系(P>0.20～0.50)。结论E-cadherin、α-catenin、γ-catenin表达下调与胃癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the relationships between expressions of E-eadherin, α-catenin、γ-catenin and the elinicopathological features in human gastric cancers. Methods The immunohistochenical staining of E-eadherin, α-catenin、γ-catenin was performed using EnVision method in 120 specimens： 60 patients with early gastric cancer and 60 patients with advanced gastric eancer, Results The positive rates of E-eadhefin, α-catenin andγ-catenin expression in early gastric cancer were 68.3%, 45.0% and 40.0%, respectively, with significant differences between two types （intestinal and diffuse） gastric cancer, with or without lymph node metastasis and among different differentiation types （P〈0.05-0.001）, but without significant differences between different depths of invasion （P〉0.05-0.50）. In the advanced gastric cancer, the positive rates of E-eadherin, α-catenin andγ-catenin expression were 57.1%, 60.9% and 55.7%, respectively, with significant differences between different histological types, different differentiation types and with or without lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05-0.001）, hut not between with and without peritoneal spreading and distant metastasis （P〉0.20-0.50）. Conclusion The reduced expressions of E-cadhefin,α-catenin and γ-catenin correlated with the development and progression of gastric cancer.
