摘  要:在接种蓝藻的富营养化水体中引种栽培了0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0kg/m^35个不同初始生物量的黄花水龙(Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi),经过草藻共培处理,结果为:在微囊藻初始密度为每毫升200万个及16d的模拟工程实施期内,黄花水龙对水体叶绿素a及蓝藻消除率存在着正相关的量效关系,且水龙克藻作用的引种量效为1.0~4.0kg/m^3;其达到最佳克藻效果的时间与生物量成反比关系.水质监测结果显示,随着水龙初始生物量的增加,TP、TN、COD及SS等水质指标呈极显著下降.结论为黄花水龙能够通过与蓝藻竞争光照及N、P等营养元素而达到克藻效果.通过实验证实了黄花水龙可作为蓝藻水华污染环境的生态修复物种,并已在太湖入湖河道野外试验中取得良好的克藻效果,为黄花水龙的推广应用提供了必要的基础参数.A study was made on the water quality and algae-allelopathy effect of mixed culture of aquatic plant Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi and blue algae Microcystis aeruginosa. Five experimental groups were set, each consisting of blue algae of 2 million individuals/mL with aquatic plant of initial biomass as 0. 5,1.0,2.0,4. 0 and 8. 0 kg/m^3 respectively. After 16-day mixed culture, the results were as follows: there was a positive quantitative correlation between density of Jussiaea and the rate of cleaning chlorophyll a or M. aeruginosa; the Jussiaea presented algaeallelopathy effect when its density was in range of 1.0-4.0 kg/m^3 ; a negative correlation was present between the initial biomass of Jussiaea and the time needed for the emerge of algae-allelopathy effect peak; and the marks of water quality involving TP, TN, COD and SS showed an obvious decrease with the increase of initial biomass of Jussiaea. It was suggested that the aquatic plant, Jussiaea, could be used to depress the growth of M. aeruginosa for its algae-allelopathy effect by means of competing with M. aeruinosa (blue algae) for sunlight and nutrient elements including N, P, etc. It was proved that Jussiaea can be served as eco-recovery species resisting water bloom caused by M. aeruginosa. Meanwhile, the necessary data were provided in the present paper as reference to the promotion and application of Jussiaea.
