摘 要:以SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3乙醇溶液为原料,用阴离子交换除氯水解法制备得到了无氯离子的掺锑氢氧化锡胶体沉淀.为了消除粉体团聚,首次采用了乙酸异戊酯有机溶剂作脱水剂,用TG-DTA、IR、XPS、BET、XRD、TEM等方法对粉体的结构、成分、形貌、物相进行表征.结果表明,乙酸异戊酯溶剂是一种非常理想的共沸干燥有机溶剂,其有效防止了粉体的硬团聚的形成;将乙酸异戊酯干燥所得的掺锑氢氧化锡微粉经热处理后得到了四方形金红石结构、团聚少、分散性好、导电性好的掺锑氧化锡纳米粉末.Antimony-doped tin hydroxide colloidal precipitation were synthesized by an ion-exchange resin hydrolysis for removing of chlorine ions method, using ethanol solution containing SnCl4·5H2O and SbCl3 as raw materials. Iso-Amyl acetate was used as azeotropic distillation dehydration agent to eliminate the agglomeration for the first time. The structure, specific surface area, morphology, and particles size of powders were analyzed by TG-DTA, IR, XPS, BET, XRD, TEM. The results indicated that isoamyl acetate was a quite excellent azeotropic solvent, it effectively prevented the agglomeration of particles and greatly improved the fluffiness of the obtained dried precursor powders. Antimony-doped tin oxide nanopowders with tetragonal rutile structure, high dispersivity, very low agglomeration and good conductivity were obtained after the calcination process.
