摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和钙粘附分子(E-cadherin,E-cad)在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法应用核酸原位杂交方法检测62例胃癌组织中VEGF和E-cad mRNA表达情况。结果62例胃癌中VEGF和E-cadmRNA阳性表达率分别为90.32%(56/62)和32.26%(20/62),VEGF mRNA在胃癌中的阳性表达率显著高于正常胃粘膜上皮组织;E-cad mRNA阳性表达率显著低于正常胃粘膜上皮组织(P<0.01)。VEGF mRNA高表达和E-cadmRNA低表达与胃癌组织分化、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)。胃癌中VEGF和E-cad mRNA表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论VEGF mRNA过表达与E-cad mRNA失活可加速胃癌的浸润转移。VEGF和E-cad mRNA检测可作为评价胃癌的恶性程度和判断预后的重要指标。Objective To astray vascular endothelial growth sion and outline their clinical significances. Methods A situ VEGF and E - cad mRNA in 62 patients with stomach cancer factor （VEGF） and E - cadherin （E - cad） expreshybridization was used to detect the expression of Results The positive rates of VEGF and E - cad mRNA in 62 sample tissues of stomach cancer were 90.32% （56/62） and 32.26% （20/62）. The VEGF mRNA staining was more strong in stomach cancer cells than normal gastric mucosa, and the E - cad mRNA staining was weaker （ P 〈0.01）. The high expression of VEGF mRNA and the low expression of E- cad mRNA are positively correlated with the differentiation of cancer tissues, the TNM stage and the metastasis of lymph node （ P 〈0.01）.In stomach cancer, the expression of VEGF mRNA is adversely associated with E- cad mRNA expression （ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Over expression of VEGF mRNA and inactivation of E - cad mRNA enhance the infiltration and metastasis of stomach cancer. Detecting of VEGF and E - cad rnRNA can be served as significant markers for evalu- ating the malignance and prognosis of stomach cancer.
