摘 要:目的研究正畸矫治后切牙转矩角对矢状骨面型的代偿情况。方法测量157例错(牙合)畸形矫治满意患者治疗后的矢状骨面型头影测量指标,与切牙转矩角进行相关分析和分组比较。结果与Ⅰ类骨面型相比,Ⅲ类骨面型上切牙唇倾,下切牙舌倾;Ⅱ类骨面型相反。Ⅰ类骨面型患者矫治后,切牙转矩角对矢状骨面型的代偿首先并主要发生在下颌:ANB 角>3°时,下切牙唇倾达到5°。结论矫治不同矢状骨面型错(牙合)畸形患者时,应根据预测的矫治后 ANB 角度,调整切牙转矩角。Objective To investigate the dental compensation in different sagittal jaw relationships. Methods One hundred and fifty-seven post-treatment cases with satisfied outcome were chosen. Computerized cephalometric analysis was performed to evaluate the sagittal jaw relationship. Incisor torque were measured based on study models. Correlation analysis was performed. Results Compared with skeletal class Ⅰ cases, the upper incisors of skeletal class Ⅲ cases were more proelined, and lower incisors were more retroelined;the opposite result was found in skeletal class Ⅱ cases. Dental compensation in class I cases took place primarily at lower incisors . Conclusions Incisor torque control was important in patients with various sagittal jaw relationships.
