摘  要:目的:探讨三种多药耐药基因产物P-糖蛋白(Pgp)、胎盘谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST-π)和拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoⅡ)在不同类型胃癌组织中的表达及其与p16、p53蛋白的关系。方法:用免疫组化染色法检测各种物质表达情况。结果:Pgp、GST-π在各组胃癌中表达的阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但其阳性程度则不同(P<0.05)。TopoⅡ在低分化腺癌和黏液细胞癌的表达显著高于高分化腺癌和黏液腺癌(P<0.05)。抑癌基因产物p16、p53在不同类型胃癌组织中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:抑癌基因的状态与肿瘤耐药性可能有关,p53阳性的肿瘤可能对化疗的敏感性较低。Objective : To investigate the expressions of Pgp, GST-π, Topo Ⅱ and their relationship with p16 and p53 in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The expression of Pgp, GST-π, Topo Ⅱ, p16 and p53 was examined by immunohistochemistry stain. Results:No remarkable difference in the positive expressions of Pgp,GST were found with different types of gastric carcinoma(P 〉0.05 ),but the positive degrees were distinctly different (P 〈 0.05). The expressions of Topo Ⅱ in the low differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucous cell carcinoma showed obviously higher than those in the differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucous adenocarcinoma(P 〈0.05). The expressions of p16 and p53 were not significantly different ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion : The status of p53 may be related with muhidrug resistance and the p53 positive tumors possibly show low sensitivity to chemotherapy.
