摘　　要：目的 研究诱发性大鼠MPM发生、发展的病理形态学改变，认识其演变过程，提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法 Wistar大鼠100只作为实验组，右侧胸膜腔闭式染尘法注入石棉纤维混悬液40mg。从诱发注射后3个月开始，每隔1～3个月分批CT扫描，死亡或垂死动物尸体解44，最后证实实验组MPM66只。结果 30天以内为单层增生期，30天以后出现复层增生，110天出现多形性增生，285天产生MPM。镜下三种组织类型。另见细胞形态多样改变，35例免疫组化33例EMA及Vim阳性。结论 间皮细胞在不同时期出现不同的增生性改变，并在致癌因素作用下发展为癌前增生性病变，最后演变成MPM。间皮细胞具有双向分化特征，构成了组织学类型的复杂性和特有的免疫组化特点。这种特点不仅在阐明肿瘤的组织发生上有理论意义，且有临床实用价值，可用于诊断和鉴别。Objective To understand the pathological features of induced MPM from rats and to uncover its development course and biological characteristic. Methods 100 Wistar rats were injected the suspension into the closed right chest cavity. Rats were dissected immediate after CT examination in different periods There were 66 cases of MPM for two years. Results The induced rats＇ MPM experienced a process from single-layer to multilayer hyperplaisa to polymorphie hyperplasia to MPM. Single-layer hyperplasia belonged to simple reactive hyperplaisa, while other hyperplasia was precancerous lesions. 30 days after injection of asbestos was simple hyperplasia period, after 30 days multi-layer hyperplasia occurred, and after 110 days polymorphic hyperplasia started, the first MPM appeared on the 285^th day. The MPM constituted different histological types and unique immuno-histochemtry features in microscopy owing to cellular two-way differentiatior. Conclusion Pleural mesothelia cells showed all kinds of hyperplasia in different periods and might develop into precancerous lesions under resulting cancer factors. The MPM constituted different histological types and unique immunohistochemtry feature owing to cellular two-way differentiation which could not only show tumor＇s genesis and development, but also help diagnosis and differentiation.
