摘 要:对实际综合印染废水采用厌氧酸化-好氧生化处理工艺,对比投加复合酶和未投加系统的处理效果。小试结果表明:投加复合酶的系统出水BOD_5(平均为6.8mg/L)远低于未投加系统的出水(平均为28.8mg/L)。就COD_(?)指标而言,投加复合酶的系统出水平均为201mg/L,较之对照系统出水平均为336mg/L,有显著差异。说明在投加复合酶的系统中,在改善生物可降解污染物的去除能力的同时,也强化了对于某些较难降解污染物的降解能力。投加复合酶使系统出水的色度(平均为64倍)远低于对照系统的出水色度(平均为142倍),也说明了这种强化作用。污泥生物相的观察发现,投加复合酶系统中,原生动物和后生动物的种类、数量和活性都超过对照系统。In this study, performance of two systems was compared, one dosed with multiple enzymes, the other without dosing, both applied with anaerobic(acidification)-aerobic processing technology to treat a complex printing and dyeing wastewater. The effluent BOD5 of dosing system was 6.8 mg/L in average, while that of control system was 28.8 mg/L in average. There was a large difference between effluent CODCr of dosing system (201 mg/L in average) and that of one without dosing (336 mg/L in average). It was inferred that the application of dosing multiple enzymes not only improved the degradation of degradable contaminants but also enhanced the degradation of retractory contaminants. The effluent color of dosing system was 64 times dilution while that of system without dosing was 142 times in average, which indicated the enhancement of dosing as well. According to the microseopic surveying, the species, quantity and activity of protozoa and metazon in activated sludge in the system with dosing were more and higher than those in the control one. The post-treatment of the effluent of the advanced treatment system exhibited that the alum dose was 400-600mg/L and amount of sludge produced was 90 mg/L whereas that of the control system reached 800-1000mg/L and 300mg/L sludge.
