摘　　要：通过案例剖析说明破坏城市生态环境的主要原因是人类的行为,实现生态和谐,建立人与自然和谐发展城市的重要因素应是提升公民公德素质,必须用人类的自律精神,养成良好的行为习惯,构建和谐社会。The article emphasizes that ecological harmony representing the relationship between mankind and nature is the basement to constitute harmonious society. The ecological environment harmony of the cities is very important to constitute harmonious society. The analyses in case impose that the behavior of mankind is the main reason in terms of destroying the ecological environment of the cities. The citizen social ethics is the key reason to realize the ecological environment of the cities. The article initiates to develop the good behavior habits with selLdiscipline spirits of mankind to constitute harmonious society.
