自制复方含漱液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎172例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方含漱液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法:随机选择头颈部肿瘤放疗并合并口腔黏膜炎患者172例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予自制复方含漱液含漱,对照组给予朵贝尔液含漱。结果:使用自制复方含漱液组发生III^IV度口腔黏膜炎程度明显低于观察组;而对黏膜炎的治疗效果观察,有效率100%,I^II度症状改善显著。结论:自制复方含漱液止痛效果好,疗效明显,起效快,费用低,易配制,方法简便,无副作用,可以推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of a self - made gargle for radioactive induced oral mucositis. Methods： 172 patients with headneck tumor were randomized into the treatment group using the self- made gargle and the control group using Ddbell＇ s Solution after the appearance of radioactive induced oral mucositis. Results： The efficiency of the self- made gargle was significantly greater than Ddbell＇s Solution with the response rate 100 %. Conclusion： The self- made gargle is good at controning pain and low price, easily made , no side effects. I think the self- made gargle may be promoted for oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy.
