高血压患者活血分析和血脂、血液流变学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者活细胞形态、凝聚状态、血脂和血液流变学状况。方法用美国产布氏多功能生物显微镜(5型)对41例高血压患者和35例正常人进行活血分析并测定血脂和血液流变学指标。结果发现高血压患者的红细胞聚集率、白细胞活化率、血小板活化率、血小板聚集率、循环内团块检出率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);发现高血压患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)值明显高于正常对照者(P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);还发现高血压患者的全血黏度(低切、高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原值亦明显高于正常对照者。结论高血压时出现高粘、高凝血状态,血脂代谢紊乱,纤维蛋白原增多,从而导致血栓形成,血栓形成在许多心脑血管事件中起着重要作用。Objective To study in patients with hypertension living cell shape,condensation condition,serum lipid and hemorheology condition.Methods We carried on analysing of live blood cells with Bradford variable projection microscope（BVPM） and measured serum lipid and the hemorheology targets to 41 patients with hypertension and 35 healthy subjects.Results We discovered the red blood cell aggregation rate,the white blood cell activation rate,the blood platelet activation and aggregation rate,the circulating endogenous masses picking out rate of the patients with hypertension were obviously higher than the healthy subjects （P〈0.01）.We discovered the value of TC,TG in patient with hypertension were obviously higher than the healthy subjects（P〈0.01）,but then the H DLC value was obviously lower than the healthy subjects （P〈0.01）.We also discovered in patient hypertension whole blood viscosity（low shear rate,high shear rate）,the serum viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,the fibrinogen value were obviously higher than the healthy subjects.Conclusion There were hypercoagulable states,the blood fats metabolism disorder,the fibrinogen increasing in patients with hypertension,which caused the thrombus formation.The thrombus formation in many cardio-cerebrovascular events played the key role.
