摘　　要：借鉴国内外学术界相关评价理论和方法,对领域本体建设评价理论与方法进行初步探讨;认为领域本体评价不仅是技术层面的,而是理念、需求、技术、管理与服务诸多关联要素评估的综合体;指出领域本体评价应遵循整体性、科学性、通用性、可行性、导向性和开放性原则;提出由领域本体的建设机制、领域本体的组织与管理、领域本体的呈现与服务三大类指标构成的领域本体评价体系。Learning from the achievements on domain ontology abroad, this paper investigates primarily the theory and methodology of evaluation of domain ontology construction. A complete evaluation framework for domain ontology construction is proposed, which contains not only technical factors but also the other factors such as objectiveness, requirements, management and services, etc. It also proposes some basic principles and a set of index to evaluate domain ontology. The index of evaluation can be classified into 3 categories： mechanism of construction, organization and management of domain ontology, and presentation and service Of domain ontology as well.
