摘 要:根据神经解剖学基础,对30只正常家兔,在Erb点、第三转子点及大脑皮层相应体感区记录前、后肢体正中神经和胫神经短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SEP_S)、周围神经监护电位为P-N-P,皮层电位为N-P-N波型前肢监护电位与皮层电位潜伏期分别为2.32±0.14ms、14.00±1.32ms,后肢的为2.75±0.18ms、20.21±0.82ms。比较两侧肢体SEP_S潜伏期无显著性差异(P>0.1),SEP_S潜伏期与年龄无关,而与体重成正相关(r=0.944,P<0.01)。According to the neuro-anatomy of the rabbit, the shortlatency somatosensory evoked potentials ( SEPs ) of the forelegs and hindlegs were recorded from the Erb's point, third trochanter point and contralateral parietal area in 30 healthy rabbits. The peaks of peripheral monitoring potential were P-N-P. The peaks of cortical potential were N-P-N. The latencies at the Erb's point and co-rtex of foreleg were 2.32±0.14ms and 14.00±1.32ms respectively. Those at the third trochanter point and cortex of hindleg, 2.75±0.18ms and 20.21 ± 0.82ms respectively. The difference of SEP latencies of the two sides was found to be insignificant(P>0.1). There is a positive correlation between cortical latency and weight of animal ( r = 0.944, P<0.01 ) .
