摘　　要：关注共同愿景在战略决策过程中的作用,研究共同愿景与公司战略决策质量的关系。研究结果证实了共同愿景与决策质量之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且决策承诺在共同愿景和决策质量的关系中起中介作用。The paper focus on the shared vision in the decision making process. We try to investigate the relationship between shared vision and the quality of the strategy decision, especially the media function of the decision commitment between shared vision and decision quality. This paper approved there is distinct positive relationship between the shared vision and decision quality, also the decision commitment of decision-makers operates the media function between the shared vision and decision quality.
