近视性屈光参差与双眼视功能相关性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨近视性屈光参差对成人双眼视功能的影响。设计回顾性病例系列研究。研究对象近视性屈光参差患者100例,不伴有斜视和弱视。方法测定屈光参差患者的裸眼视力、屈光状态、最佳矫正视力、矫正前后同视机双眼视功能和颜少明《随机立体检查图》近立体视功能,分析屈光参差对双眼视功能的影响。主要指标屈光参差度及双眼三级视功能。结果(1)近视性屈光参差患者戴镜后双眼视功能明显好于裸眼,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P均=0．000)。(2)具有正常立体视功能者的屈光参差度小于(3．329±0．137)D；具有次正常立体视功能者的屈光参差度小于(4．145±0．217)D；无立体视功能者的屈光参差度大于(5．271±0．351)D。结论近视性屈光参差对双眼视功能有显著性影响,屈光参差度越大,对双眼视功能的影响也就越大。(眼科,2006,15：324-326)Objective To investigate the effect of myopic anisometropia on the binocular vision of adults. Design Retrospective case series. Participant Selecting 100 myopic anisometropia patients aged from 18 to 57 whose anisometropias are more than 2 diopters without strabismus and amblyopia. Method Measure their uncorrected visions, refractions, best corrected visions, corrected and uncorrected binocular visions, tested with synoptophore and stereogram designed by Yah Shaoming, and analyze the effect of myopic anisometropia on the binocular vision. Main Outcome Measure Anisometropia and binocular vision. Result （ 1 ）The myopic anisometropia patient＇s corrected binocular vision was obviously better than uncorrected one. That difference was of great significance （P=0.000）. （2） Patients with 〈3.329±0.137D of anisometropia had normal binocular vision, patients with 〈4.145±0.217D of anisometropia had subnormal binocular vision, and patients with 〉5.271±0.351D of anisometropia had no binocular vision. Conclusion Myopic anisometropia has great effect on the binocular vision. Binocular vision deteriorates as anisometropia increases.
