摘　　要：三十年来,青岛远洋船员学院始终坚持“适应市场,服务企业,突出特色,争创一流,打造教育精品”的办学指导思想,把“培养高素质的适应航运市场需求的高等技术应用性人才”作为办学质量方针,强化质量意识,牢固树立“人才培养质量是学校生命线、提高教学质量是学校永恒的主题”的观念,打造“敬业精神好,英语水平高,实践技能强”的人才培养特色,取得了显著成绩,创造了良好声誉,为实现学院的可持续发展战略奠定了坚实的基础。In the thirty years passed, Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College has been adhering to the guideline of ＂suiting the market, serving the industry, highlighting the features, achieving the first - rate and creating the teaching brands＂ and the quality policy of ＂training and educating the higher and applied technical personnel that will meet the needs of the intemational shipping market＂. We have reinforced the sense of quality with the deep rooted ideology of ＂quality of the personnel training being the life of the college, the improvement of teaching quality being the immortal theme of the college＂ and created the training feature of ＂exemplary work ethics, proficient in using English and accomplished in practical skills. ＂ We have, as a result, achieved great progress, created reputable image and laid a solid foundation for the sustained development of the college.
