摘 要:介绍了一种基于即时通讯平台———MSN Messenger的智能教学代理(ITA),采用INFO-MAP这个本体(ontology)和提问-回答(question answering QA)教学策略,并以即时消息形式的即时通讯平台进行学习.ITA的一个重要特征就是它表征和匹配复杂模板结构的能力,能够以导师代理的角色来回答学生学习过程中的问题,帮助教师追踪、记录和了解学生的情况.系统的结构模型,包括4个基本模块:专家模块,课程模块,学生模块和用户界面.结合实际给出一个具体运作的案例,对教育领域的应用具有一定参考价值.This paper introduces a kind of Intelligent Tutoring Agent(ITA) with Instant Communication Platform--MSN Messenger, in which the ontology, INFOMAP, and question answering techniques are used and the learning process is provided on the Instant Communication Platform with the form of instant message. The INFOMAP has powerful capability to represent and match complicated template structures, such as hierarchical matching, semantic matching, frame (non-linear relations) matching, and graph matching. The ITA system could play the role of a tutoring agent to help a teacher track, record, and understand a student's status in the teaching process. The ITA interface can interpret natural language to facilitate communication between the student and the tutor. There are four essential models in this ITA system: expert model, curriculum model, student model and the user interface. At the end of this paper, a practical case is provided and it has some good help to the ITA applications in education domain.
