99mTc-tetrofosmin在肺部肿瘤显像方面的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究99mTc-tetrofosm in显像对肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断的临床价值.方法用99mTc-tet-rofosm in对44例有病理诊断的肺部包块的病人进行SPECT显像.结果肺癌对99mTc-tetrofosm in的早晚期T/N摄取比值差异有显著性.以晚期摄取比值为判断良恶性的标准,其诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为91%,55%和81%.肺癌的不同组织学类型之间差异无显著性(P>0.05).肺癌的大小不是决定肺99mTc-tetrofosm in是否被浓聚的必然因素.肺炎性假瘤对99mTc-tetrofosm in有比较高的摄取.结论99mTc-tetrofos-m in对肺癌的显像有良好的敏感性,但相对缺乏特异性.对其在肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断方面值得作进一步的探讨.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 99mTc -tetrofosmin imaging for the diagnosis of lung neoplasms. Methods The SPECT imaging was performed on 44 patients with pulmonary lesions. SPECT da- tively. And there was no significant differerance in different histological entities of the lung carcinoma （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The probability of 99mTc - tetrofosmin uptaken in the mass was not related to the mass size. Four the nine benign lung lesions （4 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor） showed uptake. Conclusions 99mTc - tetrofosminwas highly sensitive in detecting malignant lesions, but it had poor 99mTc - tetrofosmin specificity.
