摘　　要：建立一种符合临床脑缺血发病规律的动物模型是研究局灶性脑缺血发生机制及防治措施的基本条件.近年来随着实验动物科学的不断发展,该领域的研究已取得了长足的进步.现就局灶性脑缺血模型的制备及其评价作一综述.To establish the animal models similar to the clinical condition is the foundation for researching the pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies about focal cerebral ischemia. In recent years, along with the continual development of the experimental animal science, there has been made rapid progress in this field. Therefore we review the reproduction and assessment of animal models of focal cerebral ischemia.
