摘　　要：传统教学模式已经无法满足培养创新型人才目标的需要。我们在所从事的教学工作中,围绕大学生创新能力的培养,改变了传统的教学模式,探讨了理论教学、实验教学与科学研究相结合的“一体化教学法”,取得了较好的教学效果。Since the traditional teaching methods usually failed to meet the requirements of training the innovation-minded tal ents, in our present teaching activities, we have reformed the traditional teaching methods to focus on the innovation of the uni versity students, and discussed ＂the integrated teaching method＂ which covering the combination of theoretical teaching, exper imental teaching and scientific research, resulting in satisfactory teaching effects.
