摘　　要：本文以本科教学工作水平评估实践和教研室建设现状分析为基础,对照《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估指标和等级标准》,认为教研室建设在学校本科教学及其评估建设中具有基础性、决定性的作用;通过分析教研室建设和管理中存在的问题,提出具体的解决办法和建设性意见。Based on the practices of the undergraduate teaching level evaluation and the analysis of the current situation of teaching section building, compared the ＂Classing standards and evaluation indications of undergraduate teaching level in common high educated school＂ , we considered that the teaching section building had the basic and determinative function in building of college self-evaluation system, and proposed our suggestions and opinions after analyzing the problems existing in the teaching section building and managing process.
