摘 要:[目的]探索适于工业化生产的分离纯化葛根素的更好方法。[方法]选取5种大孔吸附树脂及聚酰胺,并结合酸性氧化铝柱进一步吸附色素,采用重结晶法纯化产品,并采用紫外分光光度法检测产品纯度。[结果]建立了柱吸附结合重结晶的方法分离纯化葛根素的方法,葛根素纯度>99%。[结论]该方法操作简便,成本低,收率高,适于工业化生产。[Objective] To explore an improved method for separation and purification of puerain for industrial production. [Methods] Combined with acidic aluminium oxide, five types of macroporous absorption resin and polyamide were selected to absorb the pigment and recrystallization was used for further purification. The purity of product was determined with UV spectrophotography. [Results] A separation and purification method with combination of column absorption and recrystallization was constructed. The purity of product was more than 99%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, economic, efficient and suitable for industry production.
