摘　　要：分析了国有资产重组增效问题产生的背景和意义,给出了两条实现这一目标的途径:一是调整产业结构,运用并购工具,进行企业重组和资源整合;二是改善企业的经营状况。希望以此提高企业的资本利用率。The management of state-owned assets is mainly focused on the value keeping and improving. To realize this target, the most efficient solution is to improve enterprise performance through reconstruction. This paper makes analysis based on the two issues mentioned before, and provides some possible solutions： make full use of the government influence, build up modern enterprise management system and improve capltal-using level.
