眼压测定值的分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨眼压测定中有无闭眼反射对眼压的影响。【方法】①应用费卡氏压平式眼压计(МаклаоB),按标准测眼压方式操作;②分别测定无闭眼反射和有闭眼反射时的眼压;③两组数据对比,行独立t检验。【结果】在有、无闭眼反射下,眼压测定值在统计学上差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】在眼压测量过程中,患者有意或无意的闭眼反射必须避免。[Objective]To measure the changes ot the intraocular presuure （IOP） using applanation tonometer （MaknoB） between the eyes with closure reflexes and the eyes without closure reflexes when measureing the intraocular pressure. [Methods]The t-test was used for statisis in the values between the eyes with closure reflexes and the eyes without closure reflexes. [Results]There was significant difference between the eyes with closure reflexes and the eyes without closure reflexes （ P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]In the eyes with closure reflexes ,the IOP values are increased when the IOP is measured.
