摘　　要：简要阐述了高校科技管理人员在校企合作中的桥梁纽带作用的基本内涵及其具体体现,并对科技管理人员充分发挥自身桥梁纽带作用提出了几点建议,对科技管理人员自身素质的提高提出了几点要求。The article briefly elaborates the basic connotation and its specifically manifests of bridges or links function of S＆T management personnel of universities on the industry - university collaborations, and proposes several suggestions about how to perform well as bridges or links on the industry - university collaborations for S＆T management personnel of universities, and puts forward several requests about how to improve all sorts of their abilities on the industry - university collaborations for S＆T management personnel of universities.
