摘  要:目的 建立苦瓜子蛋白分离纯化的方法.方法 应用阳离子交换色谱和凝胶过滤色谱Hiprep 16/10SOURCE 30S和HiLoad 26/60 Superdex 75预装柱从苦瓜种仁中分离纯化苦瓜子蛋白.结果 分离纯化出14个组分的苦瓜子蛋白,它们均为碱性蛋白质,相对分子质量在(1.3~2.9)×104,等电点在9.3~9.6.结论 应用本法能获得供生物活性研究用苦瓜子蛋白组分.Objective A method was developed for the isolation and purification of proteins in the seeds of Momordica charantia. Methods The proteins were isolated and purified from the seeds of M. charantia by a procedure involving extracting with acetones and a series of chromatographies on Hiprep 16/ 10 SOURCE 30S and HiLoad 26/60 Superdex 75. Results Fourteen protein fractions were purified from the seeds of M. charantia. They are all basic proteins with the molecule weight range (1.3—2.9)×10^4 and isoelectric point range 9.3—9.6. Conclusion The bioactive proteins can be purified from the seeds of M. charantia by a procedure involving extracting with acetone and a series of chromatographies on Hiprep 16/ 10 SOURCE 30S and HiLoad 26/60 Superdex 75.
