摘　　要：自１９９０年来，作者应用带颞浅血管筋膜蒂的颅骨外板复合瓣修复额面部缺损５例，取得良好效果。本文详细介绍了典型病例和手术方法，对颅骨骨瓣成活机理及优点等进行了讨论。We have used the superficial temporal vascular fascial outer-table calvarial bone flaps to repair the frontofacial defect in 5 cases since 1990. Satisfactory results were obtained. The operative technique, the suvived, principle of the composite flap and advantages have been detailed in this paper.
