首发青少年抑郁症患者功能失调性态度研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨首发的青少年抑郁症患者功能失调性态度。方法:用DAS对先证者组、一级亲属组和对照组功能失调性态度进行评估。结果:一级亲属组除D5因子、父母亚组除D5因子与D7因子等因子外,DAS总分及其它因子与先证者组存在显著性差异,对照组所有因子及DAS总分均与先证者组存在显著性差异,而同胞亚组除D7因子外,所有因子分及DAS总分均与先证者组相应项目不存在显著性差异。对照组与一级亲属组DAS总分及各因子分的比较结果表明,DAS总分、D1、D2、D3、D7等项目之间存在显著性差异,而D4、D5、D6、D8等项目之间差异性不显著。回归分析表明,样本性质、年龄、诊断对DAS总分的影响具有统计学意义。结论:首发的青少年抑郁症患者存在功能失调性认知,功能失调性认知可能构成青少年抑郁症患者的易感素质。Objective： To explore the outline and contributive factors of dysfunctional attitudes in first-onset depressive adolescents. Methods： Case-Control and Linear Regression statistical methods were conducted in the analysis of dysfunctional attitudes in probands, their first-degree relatives and controls. Results： There were significant differences between proband group and first-degree relative group in DAS total scores and all factors except factor D5, between proband group and parental sub-group in DAS total scores and all factors except factors D5 and D7, between proband group and control group in DAS total scores and all factors, while there was no significant difference between proband group and sibling sub-group in DAS total scores and all factors except factor D7. There were significant differences in DAS total scores, factors D1, D2, D3, D7, while no significant difference in factors D4, D5, D6, D8 between control group and first-degree group. The results of Multi-Linear Regression analysis showed that sample type, age and diagnosis had significant affection on DAS total score, while sex did not have significant affection. Conclusion： The dysfunctional attitudes are implicated in the etiology of first-onset depressive adolescents.
