摘 要:目的比较铸造桩核及金属螺纹桩树脂核在上切牙残冠修复中的远期疗效。方法上切牙残冠121个牙,56个牙进行铸造金属桩核修复,65个牙进行金属螺纹桩树脂核修复,桩核完成后均行烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复。结果经过3年的跟踪观察,铸造桩核出现1个牙根折,1个牙冠折,2个牙修复体松动脱落,成功率为92.9%。金属螺纹桩树脂核出现2个牙冠折,4个牙桩折断,7个牙修复体松动脱落,成功率为80.0%。经χ2检查,两者差异有显著性。结论铸造桩核冠修复上切牙残冠具有更好的临床效果。Objective To compare the clinical effect between metal cast post core and preprepared metal and light - cure resin core applied in the restoration for upper remnant incisor Method Among 121 teeth with remnant upper incisor, 56 teeth were restored with metal cast post core and 65 teeth were restored with preprepared metal post and light- cure resin core, then all cases were restored with porcelain fused metal crown. Result With 3 years following study , each 1 case failed for root or crown fracture, 2 teeth failed for crown loose in the metal cast post core group with 92.9% success rate. Two teeth failed for crown fracture,4 cases failed for preprepared metal post fracture, 7 teeth failed for crown loose in the preprepared metal post and light - cure resin core group with 84.0% success rate . The success rate has significant difference with x^2 test. Conclusion Metal cast post core has good clinical effect than preprepared metal post and light- cure resin core used to restore upper remnant incisor.
