新型数字电液比例系统在大中型装载机中的应用

摘　　要：通常大中型装载机液压系统中采用的多路换向阀存在换向操纵力大、响应速度慢、重复误差大等诸多缺点。本文提出了采用数字高速开关阀为先导阀的新型数字电液比例系统的控制方式,当有一定脉宽占空比的信号后,数字高速开关阀动作,主阀控制口可得到与占空比成比例的控制压力,从而控制多路阀主阀芯位移和换向,实现工作装置运动速度及方向控制。The disadvantages of multi - way direction valves used in the hydraulic system of large and medium - sized loading machines were pointed out, such as great change force , slow response speed , and great repeat error. A control way of the new type of digital proportion system of electronics - hydraulics was put forward, which uses digital high - speed on - off valves replacing first - oriented valves. When the system receives pulse - width signal of a certain duty ratio, digital high - speed on - off valves act and the control socket of master valve can gain control force in proportion to the duty ratio. At the same time the valve cores of multi - way direction valves can be moved and commutated, and the speed and the direction of mechanisms can be controlled.
