摘　　要：从社会交换的角度分析文凭的交换价值。认为文凭作为个人受教育与训练的凭证,正充当个人与社会交换的“一般等价物”,与财富、权力、地位等社会资源进行广泛的交换。The exchangeable value of diploma is analyzed in social exchange theory terms. Diploma, as the educated ＆ trained credence of individual, serves as the ＂universal equivalent＂ in the exchanged between individual and society,can be exchanged for social resource such as wealth, power, and status extensively.
