摘　　要：互联网的信息传播具有即时性、互动性和正向反馈特性,从而给高校学生思想工作带来了许多新的问题。学生思想工作者应当积极研究互联网特性,注意监控网络思想动态,采用网络思维方式与学生进行沟通,并努力开展网络干预活动,以改善网络时代的学生思想工作。The information transmission of internet is provided with the character of instant,interaction and positive feedback. Consequendy,it brings various new problems to the mentality education for the college students.That is to say ,students mentality operators should research the character of internet actively and give their attention to supervising and controlling the students mentality trend on internet,trying to communicate with the students by adopting the network thinking manner,at the same time, making great efforts to take interference measures to improve their work on students mentality in the new network times.
