摘　　要：面对我国医疗法制的逐步完善和医疗纠纷呈急剧上升的趋势,文章解释了与护理相关的法律规定;总结出“三查七对”制度执行不严、巡视患者不够、缺乏沟通、执行医嘱错误、抢救设备未保持完备状态是护士工作中常见的五大法律问题;并对如何防范医疗纠纷的发生提出了建议。With the increasingly perfect legal system related to bealth-care ,medical disputes are soaring dramadcaily.The articie explained the nursing-related law clauses and regulations based on an adequate literature review.Five problems commonly existing in nursing services were brought forward：failing to complete the procedures of 3check-7correct system;making careless inspection tour;lack of communication with patients;implementing the doctor＇s advice incorrectly; and unprepared emergency facilities.At the end of the article,some constuctive suggestions were given to prevent medical disputes.
