摘 要:应用酸性聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属19个物种进行醇溶蛋白电泳分析,19份材料电泳分离出75条相对迁移率不同的条带,均为多态性带。结果表明:①19个物种具有很显著的醇溶蛋白遗传差异;②聚类分析显示鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属物种各自聚为一类;猬草属的模式种Hystrix patula与披碱草属物种聚类在一起,而H.duthiei和H.longearistata单独聚为一类;③本研究结果与形态学、细胞学、RAPD和RAMP分析结果基本一致,鹅观草属、披碱草属和仲彬草属分别作为属分类等级处理是恰当的,猬草属的系统地位还有待于进一步的研究。The gliadin pattern of 19 species of Roegneria, Elymus, Hystrix and Kengyilia were analyzed by using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A- PAGE). 75 gIiadin bands with different relative mobility were found by electrophoresis. All of them had polymorphisms. Each material separated 6 to 11 bands. The results are showed as follows: ①19 species have different gliadin patterns. The difference of gliadin patterns of species between genera is distinct from those in a genus;②the materials of Roegneria , Elymus , Hystrix and Kengyilia are clustered together, respectively; Hystrix patula , type of Hystrix, is clustered with all the species of Elymus, while Hystrix duthiei and H. longearistara clustered independently;③the gliadin results are basically comparable with that obtained from studies on cytology, RAPD and RAMP, and it suggeste that Roegneria, Elymus and Kengyilia are valid genera, and the taxonomic status of the Hystrix is still under discussion.
