摘  要:本文研究了CO2超临界流体萃取桑椹籽中总黄酮苷类化合物的影响因素,进行了生产工艺优化的正交试验,并对萃取物的抑菌作用进行了研究。结果表明,对萃取率影响主次次序为:萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量、夹带剂用量。生产最优工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa、萃取温度为50℃、CO2流量20kg/h、夹带剂料液比为1:4。萃取物色泽金黄、无异味,每100g萃取物含总黄酮苷类化合物67.63mg。萃取物对细菌和霉菌都有一定的抑制作用,而对细菌的抑制作用较强。The influences of the extraction parameters on the yield of flavonoids from the seeds of Morus alba L. were studied, the processing parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments, and the antimicrobial effect of the extracts was investigated. The results showed that primary and secondary order of the extraction parameters that influences the yield of flavonoids was as follows: extraction pressure, extraction temperature, flow rate of CO2, and the entrainer amount, the optimal processing parameters were 30MPa, 50℃, 20kg/h, and 1:4, respectively. The extracts had golden color and nice smells. In every 100g extracts, there were 67.63mg flavone glycosides. The extracts had antimicrobial effect against germs and molds, and its antimicrobial capability against germs were stronger than against molds.
