摘　　要：应用《伤寒论》中的方药治疗溃疡性大肠炎,通过辨证分型分为:阴盛阳虚,阴盛格阳,阴盛戴阳等,方药选用四逆汤、通脉四逆汤、白通汤等方药结果有效。According to the treatment with differentiation of the symptoms and signs the prescriptions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases treating ulcerative colitis clinically may be classified as： overabundant yin leading to insufficient yang, excessive yin keeping yang externally, excessiw; yin causing floating of yang etc. The effective prescription was decoction for treating yang exhaustion, promoting blood circulation, activating yang, etc. They were decoction SI NI, decoction TONG MAI SI NI, decoction BAI TONG and so on.
