摘　　要：从IT与商业的关系角度探讨业务与信息技术融合的商业价值,并运用实例加以论证;讨论IT应用的现状与发展趋势,分析IT与业务融合的程度与层次;结合实例阐释IT与业务融合的五个要素,并由此揭示发挥IT商业价值的路径。指出通过业务与IT融合,可以促进业务的发展与创新,发挥IT的商业价值。This paper clarifies the relationship between IT and business as well as the business value （BV） created by the combination of the two ; it also demonstrates the six aspects of BV and the combination by examples, discusses different levels and trends of IT application and illustrates the five elements and strategic ways for Chinese companies to combine business and IT. Finally, the paper points out that combination improve business development and innovation, and exerts the business value.
