摘　　要：早期研究证明植物甾醇具有降低血浆胆固醇的作用,随着对植物甾醇的深入研究和广泛应用,人们发现其对多种癌症亦有预防和治疗作用。概述了植物甾醇的抗癌作用和机理。The effectiveness of phytosterols in lowering plasma cholesterol was testified in early studies. With the further studying and applying of phytosterols, people found that many kinds of cancers could be prevented and cured by phytosterols. The anticancer effect and mechanism of phytosterols were reviewed.
