摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤手术中自体输血对病人细胞免疫功能的影响。方法对20例胃癌手术中自体输血的病例采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)定量检测不同时段的血浆标本白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果除IL-2在麻醉开始后2h的测定值下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其它时段的数据比较均无统计学意义;IL-6和IL-10水平则在各时段均无变化。结论胃癌手术中自体输血未对病人细胞免疫功能产生明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of autotransfusion on the function of cell immunity in tumor patients during operation. Methods We measured the plasma concentrations of the interleukin-2, interleukin-6 and interleukin-10 with ELISA method in 20 autotransfused patients undergoing stomach cancer surgery. Results The plasma IL-2 level significantly descended（ P 〈 0.05） at the 2 hours point after anesthesia, but there was no statistical significance in the other time points. While the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 had no fluctuation all the time. Conclusion Autotransfusion has no obvious influence on the cell immunity function of stomach cancer patients with surgery.
