CIK细胞治疗老年人中晚期胃癌的副反应分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(cytokine-induced killer cells,CIK细胞)免疫治疗老年中晚期胃癌的副反应及其处理方法。方法:采用生物技术诱导培养CIK细胞,经培养后的CIK细胞回输给老年中晚期胃癌患者,同时观察输注后的临床反应。结果:在回输后29例老年中晚期胃癌患者中PR 8例,MR 9例,sD 7例,PD 5例,总缓解率为58．6％。患者的全身反应及局部反应包括寒战13例,发热9例,恶心呕吐1例,全身不适3例,经对症处理后无一例患者出现休克、毛细血管渗漏综合征、皮疹与血尿常规、肝肾功能异常。结论:用自体CIK细胞治疗老年中晚期胃癌,可使老年中晚期胃癌患者的临床症状和体征得到改善,治疗中的副反应经对症处理可以缓解。Objective： To study the side effects of cytokine-induced killer cells （CIK cells） in the elder people with advanced gastric carcinoma and the corresponding treatment. Methods： CIK cells were cultured and induced using hiotechnics in vitro. Cultured auto-CIK cells were infused back to the elder patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Clinical responses and side effects after treatment were observed. Results： There were 8 cases of partial remission （PR）, 9 cases of moderate remission （MR）, 7 cases of stable disease （SD）, and 5 cases of progressive disease （PD） in total 29 elder patients. The total remission rate （PR＋MR） was 58.6%. Adverse reaction of patients included chill （13 cases）, fever （9 cases）, nausea and vomiting （1 case） , and general malaise （3 cases）. Shock, blood capillary leakage syndrome, erythra, abnormal blood and urine parameters, and abnormal liver and renal function were not observed in any patient after heteropathy. Conehlsion： Adoptive immunotherapy with autologous CIK cells relieves the clinical signs and symptoms of the elder patients who suffered from advanced gastric carcinoma. Adverse reaction of patients can he alleviated by heteropathy.
