摘　　要：目的探讨实质性血管母细胞瘤的CT表现和鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的实质性血管母细胞瘤的CT表现。结果所有病例均表现为实质性肿块,少数可有坏死,增强扫描病灶明显强化。结论CT对小脑实质性血管母细胞瘤的诊断与鉴别有较高的价值,但仍需结合临床资料,病变部位、数目,强化特点并结合其他相关影像学资料进行分析,以提高诊断准确性。Objective To discuss the image features and differential diagnosis of material hemangioblastoma in CT. Methods CT features of 13 cases with cerebellar material hemangioblastoma proved by operation and pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results All of cases appears in the forms of material tumor,a few of which have putrescenced, material tumor had obvious enhancement. Conclusion The worth of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis in cerebellar material hemangioblastoma is high. To improve the success rate, the patient＇s history, tumor site,number, the characteristics of contrast enhancement and other imaging data should be combined.
