摘　　要：从事体育教学研究的途径很多，其中对教师教学方式的探讨影响体育教学最为直接。Mosston（摩斯登）教学光谱所提供的教学理论、有效的教学形式和相关的教学信息，意义深远，值得肯定。There are many ways to research on the teaching of physical education,among which the inquiryinto teaching methods of teachers is the most direct way to influence physica1 education teaching. The theory of teaching, the effective forms of teaching and the related informations of teaching,provided by theMosston spectrum of teaching style,are significant and worthy to be recommended.
