摘　　要：数控与网络技术相结合可形成低成本柔性制造系统。计算机通过多串口卡9针RS422接口连接8台数控系统。通过链路完成数据传递,对8台数控机床进行在线管理、控制,实现NC程序共享。该系统为各台数控系统建立相应的数据库,也可对各台数控机床进行分别控制。The flexible system is realized by combining of numerical control network technique. The system connected with the 8 NC systems through multi-serial card 9-pin RS422 interface. Through link to achieve data transmission, and online management and control was carried out in 8 NC machine tools to realize the NC program sharing. The system could establish relative databases for NC systems and control each NC machine tool separately.
