PTEN及CD_(44)V6在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨PTEN及CD44V6在视网膜母细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测36例视网膜母细胞瘤组织和10例正常视网膜组织中PTEN及CD44V6的表达。结果10例正常视网膜组织中均有PTEN表达,视网膜母细胞瘤组织中PTEN蛋白的表达明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。视网膜母细胞瘤组织和正常视网膜组织中CD44V6的表达率分别为80.6%和20%,两者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在视网膜母细胞瘤组织中,随组织学病理分级的增加、临床分期的进展,PTEN蛋白表达阳性率逐渐下降,CD44V6表达阳性率则逐渐上升。结论PTEN及CD44V6在视网膜母细胞瘤的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,联合检测可为视网膜母细胞瘤的治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。[Objective] To investigate the expression of PTEN protein and CD44V6 protein in retinoblastoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] Expression of PTEN protein and CD44V6 protein was detected in 36 specimens of retinoblastoma and 10 specimens of normal retinan by SP immunohistochemistry. [Results] PTEN protein was expressed in all of 10 specimens of normal retinan, and the positive expression rates decreased sharply in 36 specimens of retinoblastoma with significant difference （P 〈0.01）. The positive expression rates of CD44V6 in 36 specimens of retinoblastoma and 10 specimens of normal retinan were 80.6% and 20% respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）. With the increase of histological grade, clinic stage, the expression rate of PTEN was decreased, while the expression of CD44V6 was increased. [Conclution] FTEN and CD44V6 may play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of retinoblastoma. Detection of FTEN, CD44V6 protein may have potential effects on treatment and prognosis of retinoblastoma.
